Summary
Our 4th Public Input meeting occurred on January 16th. We began by discussing activities that happened at the last Steering Committee Meeting. SC members worked in small groups developing potential redevelopment land uses following a review of land use options presentation that was based on environmental, neighborhood, market, and redevelopment analysis.
After reviewing possibilities of the site, we had 6 boards showing precedent imagery of the following: Commercial Center, Mixed Use, Multi-Family, Education/Institution, New Industrial and Outdoor Recreation. We asked the public to please vote once per board. These will help our Urban Designer's and Architect's grasp what the community finds appealing aesthetically.
